Reservation, payment and cancellation

Reservation
Fill in the form. As soon as the 8th reservation is made, the tour is confirmed. The time limit for confirming the tour is two days before the foreseen date at 12 o'clock (e.g. May 5th at 12:00 am for the tour of May 7th)

Payment and cancellation
to grant your reservation request you'll be automatically required to access PayPal and dispose the payment of the fee corresponding to the number of persons for whom you're asking the tour (€ 15,00 for one person, 30,00 for 2 persons a.s.o.). This PayPal service is a stand-by payment that will be charged only in case the tour is confirmed by www.toursinsiena.com. Two days before the foreseen date, at 12:00 am, we will send you the confirmation message in case the tour has got the required number of participants, or a cancellation message in case the required number has not been reached.

The time limit for cancelling a reservation for an open tour is 2 days before the foreseen date (e.g. Tour of May 7th – time limit May 5th – 12:00 am)

Those clients that reserve an open tour and don't present themselves at a confirmed guided tour will be charged of the full price if they don't cancel their participation within the given time limit – 12:00 am two days before the foreseen date.

www.toursinsiena.com won't have access to your credit card details. Any payment for our services is processed and granted by PayPal.
